Avantis Group Welcomes New Chief Financial Officer, Tom Rook

Avantis Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Tom Rook as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Tom brings a wealth of experience across finance, accounting, corporate transactions, investment management, restructuring and business strategy, developed throughout a distinguished career in the financial sector.

Most recently, Tom held a senior role at the Development Bank of Wales, where he was responsible for making and managing equity and debt investments. His work there was instrumental in delivering sustainable finance to drive regional economic growth.

His earlier career includes roles in industry, advisory and practice, where he partnered with businesses across construction, manufacturing, technology, financial services, healthcare and retail.

At Avantis, Tom’s leadership will play a key role in strengthening our group financial management, governance and long-term strategy. His expertise will support our continued global growth as we deliver innovative, low-carbon solutions for the energy and transportation sectors.
